Case Study
That was Nara Thai, days before launch. Great food, a space ready to fill, and no online presence at all. With opening day closing in, some voices were already saying the obvious thing: postpone.
Nara didn't. The date was set, and there was no going back. And honestly, why should there be? Everything that matters in a restaurant was already there. The only thing missing was a way for people to find it.
So we built it from scratch in seven days: the identity, the website, the social presence, and the buzz to go with it.
By the time the doors opened, every table was already taken.
Launching a restaurant in London without a digital presence isn't just risky. It’s a total MAYDAY situation.
Thai food isn't hard to find in London, so simply opening another restaurant wasn't going to be enough. Nara needed a brand that could stand on its own, and that meant going well beyond a logo.
From the first moodboard through to the typography, website, and menu, everything was built around what makes Nara different: its Thai roots, its chef, its food, and the feel of the room. Then we gave it an edge that belongs to Chiswick.
Once the identity was in place, the brand stepped off the page and into the real world. Social media carried the story forward, built the appetite, and showed Nara in full swing.
If your menu doesn’t sell it, who will? Colour, dish descriptions and allergen information, all beautifully held by clean layout and generous margins.
A week earlier, searching for Nara got you nothing. Now it was hard to scroll without running into it.
Local influencers came in for the launch and left with plenty to share. We took those moments further, turning rich curries, sizzling plates, and that first bite into content made to stop thumbs mid-scroll.
Nobody was searching for Nara anymore. They were searching for a table.
